WAIVER:

I know that running and walking events are potentially hazardous. I accept that the onus is on me to ascertain whether there are any risks associated with me taking part in the event and confirm that I am not aware of any medical condition or impairment that may be detrimental to my health if I participate in the activity. If I become aware of any such medical condition or impairment I will withdraw from the event. If I am in any doubt as to my physical ability to take part in the event, I must consult my doctor before arranging to take part. I understand that I enter the Hope and Dream 10, 2021 event at my own risk and that neither the Hope Cancer Support Centre nor any of our sponsors/partners, will be held responsible for any accident suffered or injury sustained by myself from any cause whatsoever during the event.

I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.

I understand that I need to conform with the government guidelines that are in place at the time of the event concerning social distancing and other Covid 19 specific requirements as well as event information and guidelines published by the Hope Cancer Support Centre.
