This year the Hope and Dream 10 again comprises of 2 routes - 10 mile and 10k. Participants can run or walk either route.

*One prize per person. Best prize will be awarded.

  10k Prizes Even though participants may run the 10k it is first and foremost a walk event. There are no Podium prizes for the 10k because the first to cross the line will have run some if not all of the 10k.   *All due care will be taken to ensure accurate results. It is the participants responsibility to run/walk in the event that they entered.
