- Once you have registered for one of these events you CANNOT switch event at ANY stage.
- You must be age 18 or over on the day of the race to participate in the 10 km or 10 mile events.
- If you register for the virtual event, you CANNOT participate in either the 10 km or 10 mile events on the day. Please feel free to complete your event using your own route on a day and time that suits you before Sunday 12th April. You will not be issued with an actual BIB number.

I know that running and walking events are potentially hazardous. I accept that the onus is on me to ascertain whether there are any risks associated with me taking part in the event and confirm that I am not aware of any medical condition or impairment that may be detrimental to my health if I participate in the activity. If I become aware of any such medical condition or impairment I will withdraw from the event. If I am in any doubt as to my physical ability to take part in the event, I must consult my doctor before arranging to take part.

I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the event. I assume all risks associated with running/walking including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high temperatures or extreme cold, the conditions of the road and traffic on the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me.

I understand that I enter the Hope and Dream 10, 2026 event at my own risk and that neither the Hope Cancer Support Centre nor any of our sponsors/partners, will be held responsible for any accident suffered or injury sustained by myself from any cause whatsoever during the event.

I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.

I understand that I need to conform with the H.S.E. guidelines that may be in place at the time of the event concerning social distancing and other Covid 19 specific requirements as well as event information and guidelines published by the Hope Cancer Support Centre.
